PRP HAIR RESTORATION WITH MICRONEEDLING

PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) hair treatment is a non-surgical procedure used to stimulate hair growth and combat hair loss. It involves drawing a small amount of a patient's blood, processing it in a centrifuge to concentrate the platelets, and then injecting the PRP into the scalp at areas of thinning or hair loss.
This process aims to stimulate hair follicles, encourage new hair growth, and improve hair thickness.

How it works:
-
Blood Draw: A small amount of blood is drawn from the patient, typically from the arm.
-
Centrifuge: The blood is placed in a centrifuge, a machine that spins rapidly to separate the blood components.
-
PRP Extraction: The centrifuge separates the blood into layers, with the platelet-rich plasma (PRP) being extracted.
-
Injection: The PRP is then injected into the scalp, via a microneedling technique, targeting areas where hair is thinning or has been lost.

PRP 'VAMpire facial'
This procedure utilises the patient's own blood to rejuvenate the skin. The process involves drawing a small amount of blood, separating the platelet-rich plasma (PRP) through a centrifuge, and then re-introducing it to the face through injections.

This PRP contains growth factors that are believed to stimulate collagen production and cell regeneration, potentially reducing wrinkles, scars, and improving skin tone and texture.

Polynucleotides

The polynucleotides used in cosmetic medicine to rejuvenate the skin are composed of highly purified DNA fragments extracted from the sperm of wild salmon or trout. Both salmon and trout sperm DNA closely resemble human DNA.

The aim of polynucleotides:
The primary goal of using polynucleotides in cosmetic treatments is to promote skin regeneration, enhance hydration, and improve elasticity, ultimately contributing to a more youthful and revitalised appearance.
Polynucleotides for hair loss:
Polynucleotides can also be used to treat hair loss. The product acts as a bio stimulator for follicular growth and can stimulate dormant hair follicles and promote new hair growth.
Treatment can strengthen existing hair follicles, which reduces hair thinning and leads to thicker, healthier hair.
As well as this, it can improve scalp health for post hair-transplant patients by promoting wound healing, reducing inflammation and increasing hydration.
Although it is not a cure for hair loss, it can be an effective treatment for certain types of hair thinning.
Polynucleotides for hair usually requires a course of multiple sessions - typically 3-4 sessions initially to achieve noticeable results.

Skin Boosters

Skin boosters are injectable treatments designed to enhance skin hydration, elasticity, and overall appearance.
They typically consist of hyaluronic acid, which helps to restore moisture and improve skin texture.
By delivering hydration directly into the skin, skin boosters can reduce the appearance of fine lines and create a more radiant complexion.
These treatments are suitable for various areas of the face and can be customised to meet individual skin needs.
Anti-Wrinkle Treatment

Anti-wrinkle treatments are cosmetic procedures designed to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles on the skin, typically caused by ageing, sun exposure, and facial expressions.
It temporarily paralyses the muscles responsible for creating wrinkles, especially around the forehead, eyes, and mouth.

This helps to smooth the skin and reduce the appearance of wrinkles.
Dermal Fillers

These injectable treatments, such as hyaluronic acid, are used to add volume to areas of the face that have lost fullness due to ageing.
They are often used to treat wrinkles and folds, especially around the nose and mouth.

I was quite anxious when I went to Josh for anti-wrinkle treatment as I hadn't had any treatments previously. Josh was great with me and very reassuring. I really had nothing to worry about it,
It was pain free and I'm so happy with the results. I still look natural which is what I wanted. I will definitely be back for a top-up!
